She wasn’t stressed about the algorithm. She wasn’t worried about her next viral hit. Why? Because she knows her math.

She knows exactly what it takes to produce her show:

$300 for the video edit
$150 for the thumbnail design
$10 for the short-form cut
$2,000/mo for management allocation

By knowing these numbers, she gives herself a superpower: Clarity.

She isn't wondering, "Can I afford to hire help?" She knows. She isn't wondering, "Is this video worth it?" She has a target. This level of detail isn't about being a "suit." It’s about freedom. When you know the numbers, the anxiety disappears, and you can get back to being creative.

You don't need to post it publicly like she did (bravo to her for that!), but do it for yourself. Take a look at your last upload and just write it down:

How many hours did you spend filming? (assign yourself an hourly wage - even if it's just $50)
Did you buy props? Software subscriptions?
Did you pay a freelancer?

Write the number down. That is your "Cost Per Upload." Just seeing that number on paper changes things. It turns "content" into an "asset." It turns you from a creator into an owner.
